Return Policy

Policy scope

This policy applies to paid Active Day service offerings, including workshops, consulting sessions, and facilitation programs.

Cancellation by customer

Cancellation requests submitted at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled date may qualify for a partial refund minus non-recoverable processing fees.

Late cancellation

Requests made within 7 calendar days of the scheduled date are generally non-refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.

Rescheduling terms

One reschedule request may be accepted if submitted at least 72 hours in advance and subject to facilitator availability.

Provider cancellation

If Ylaxyronsraxylon cancels a confirmed booking, clients may choose either a full refund or transfer to a later available date.

Refund processing window

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, generally within 10 business days depending on payment provider timing.
